Return Policy
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with its packaging when applicable.
How to make a return?
Contact us via our Contact page, providing your order number and the reason for the return. We will then explain the procedure to follow.
Refund
Once the item is returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
